With over 15 years of experience in the Bay Area construction industry, Sal Madrigal has built a reputation for helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. Drawing on his background in project management, estimating, and field operations, he understands the challenges contractors and developers face in keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and up to spec.

As a consultant, Sal partners with construction professionals to improve estimating systems, streamline field operations, strengthen compliance, and enhance overall project performance. Beyond his hands-on experience, he also serves as a Trustee for labor-management trust funds representing more than 10,000 union members and sits on the boards of employer associations supporting Northern California’s construction industry.
